In this tab, you can combine the ingredients/semi-finished products to create a recipe.
Type the name of the raw material or recipe (semi-finished product) included in the recipe and select the correct raw material or recipe from the list of suggestions. Or click on ‘Search’ to search the list of raw materials and recipes.
The raw materials must first be added under the ‘Raw Materials’ tab.
The recipes for semi-finished products must first be added under the ‘Recipes’ tab.
Enter the percentage of the raw material in the total recipe. Click on ‘Add’ to add the raw material or recipe to the recipe list.
If necessary, enter the other raw materials and semi-finished products for the recipe in the same way.
Entered raw materials and recipes can be edited or deleted. To do this, move the mouse over the entered raw material or recipe and right-click on ‘Edit’ or ‘Delete’.
If you have selected Edit, the details of the raw material or recipe will open. Make the desired changes and click Done to apply the changes, or click cancel to undo the edit.
The order of the entered raw materials and recipes can be adjusted by hovering the mouse over the entered raw material or recipe and clicking on the rectangle with dots on the right-hand side of the screen, holding down the mouse button and dragging the raw material or recipe up or down.
Tip: for a clear overview, sort the ingredients by weight from highest to lowest.
To ensure the allergen values are calculated correctly, the total must add up to 100%.
Click Save to save your changes.
