Recipe matrix
In this matrix, you can view the allergen content values based on the added ingredients and semi-finished products. You can also see the calculation showing how these values were derived.
The rows list the ingredients in the recipe. The columns list the allergens with the final allergen value in the recipe.
In the total row, all allergen values across the various ingredients are added together.
To view a calculation, hover over the value in the table:
The calculation performed by the module is then displayed in the pop-up.
